• Ensure utility services remain available when required

Carpios Painting is not responsible for delays caused by restricted site access or customer-related scheduling issues.

• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may be subject to applicable fees permitted by law

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services or collection actions as permitted by applicable laws.

Carpios Painting stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Warranty details, if applicable, will be provided in writing for specific projects.

Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Structural issues, water intrusion, foundation movement, or other property-related defects
• Damage resulting from acts of nature, severe weather, or environmental conditions
